Orders & Shipping

1. How long does delivery take?

Standard UK delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. For international orders, delivery times vary by destination and are usually between 7–14 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

2. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. We regularly offer free shipping on orders over a certain value — check our homepage banner for current promotions.

3. Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use this to monitor your delivery status at any time.

4. Do you ship internationally?

No, we currently ship only within the United Kingdom. We hope to expand our delivery options in the future — stay tuned!

Returns & Refunds

1. What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused and unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition. Please contact us at support@biogreens.co.uk to initiate a return.

2. How do I request a refund?

To request a refund, email support@biogreens.co.uk with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

3. What if my order arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@biogreens.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damaged item and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

4. Can I exchange an item?

Yes, we are happy to exchange items. Please contact support@biogreens.co.uk with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange for. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Please note that shipping charges will apply for the exchanged product both ways.

1. What are your products made from?

Our products are made from 100% natural, sustainable materials including Areca palm leaves, sugarcane bagasse (sugarcane pulp), birch wood, and paper. We use no harmful chemicals, plastics, or artificial coatings — just pure, eco-friendly materials that are safe for you and the planet.

2. Are your products biodegradable and compostable?

Yes. All Biogreens products are fully biodegradable and compostable. They break down naturally without leaving harmful residues, making them a responsible alternative to single-use plastics.

3. Are your products safe for food use?

Absolutely. Our palm leaf and wooden products are naturally food-safe with no chemical treatments. They are suitable for serving hot and cold foods and are microwave-friendly.

4. Where are your products sourced from?

We source our products from sustainably managed suppliers who share our commitment to environmental responsibility. Each product is carefully selected for quality, durability, and minimal environmental impact.

Custom Branding & Wholesale

1. Can I get my logo printed on your products?

Yes! We offer custom branding on most of our products. You can upload your logo and choose a branding position directly on the product page. A small branding fee applies and is shown before you add to cart. For large-volume branding orders, contact sales@biogreens.co.uk for special pricing.

2. Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?

Yes, we offer competitive wholesale pricing for bulk orders. Visit our Wholesale Enquiry page to submit your requirements, and our sales team will get back to you with a tailored quote.

3. What is the minimum order quantity for wholesale?

Minimum order quantities vary by product. Please fill out our Wholesale Enquiry Form or email sales@biogreens.co.uk with your requirements, and we will provide full details including MOQs and pricing.

4. I'm a brand — can I sell my products on Biogreens?
