Delivery Information

At Biogreens, we aim to deliver your order quickly and safely so you can enjoy our natural, eco-friendly products without delay. Please note that we currently deliver within the UK only.

  • Handling: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri).

Note: Orders placed over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) will be processed on Monday.

  • Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 2 PM (Mon–Fri) will be processed the next business day.
  • Transit Time: Delivery usually takes 2–7 business days (Mon–Fri) depending on your location within the UK.
  • Total Delivery Time: Handling + Transit = 2–7 Business Days (Mon–Fri).

🚛 Shipping Charges

  • Free delivery on all orders above  £25.

  • A flat delivery fee of £4.99 applies to orders below £25.

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation email with your tracking number and courier details.
