Returns & Refund Policy

At Biogreens (a trading name of AA Sustainable Products Limited), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a transparent return process in compliance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

1. Return Window

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return an item.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it unless damaged.

  • In the original packaging, box.

  • Accompanied by your Order ID (found in your confirmation email).

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Items that have been opened or used (unless damaged).

  • Personalized or custom-branded tableware (unless damaged).

4. Restocking Fees

There are no restocking fees for any returned items.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items if they change their mind.

  • Our Responsibility: If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Biogreens will cover the return shipping costs or provide a pre-paid label.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: Will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Damaged Items: Please report any damage within 48 hours of delivery to support@biogreens.co.uk with photographic evidence & Order ID (found in your confirmation email) for a full refund or replacement.
